Royal Grill Vienna – Smoki Maxi Grill 600

Vienna welcomes the Smoki technology. ROYAL GRILL in Vienna is a place where hundreds of kilos of meat are grilled every day, which created various soot, fat and odor issues . After our on-site inspections, the owners decided to entrust us with the project of solving these odour related problems, so we started projecting the work. What did we install exactly? A filtering unit composed of a Maxi Grill 600 followed by different filters , a suction system and ducts of different sizes

New Smoki installation in Rimini

A new stainless steel flue for the Pizzeria Napul’è , in Rimini. Napul’è is a very famous pizzeria, where you can taste one of the best traditional Neapolitan pizzas in Rimini and the surroundings. Smoki is a reference point for famous Pizzerias and Restaurants in Italy and abroad, a reputation we are very proud of!

Inauguration event: Smoki and Fpr

A spectacular all-Italian show. Monday, June 5th 2018, Smoki hosted the inaugural event of the New Show room with the presence of our Mayor, Stefano Giannini and the Senator Bartolomeo Amidei, who actively advocates for the qualification of the professional pizza maker figure in Italy. Exciting ribbon cutting and pizza making shows!

Smoki and FPR: quality and passion

The Smoki Show Room, the ideal location for FPR. A new partnership links Smoki with the Pizzaioli Training School in Rimini.  The new Company Showroom will periodically host a training school evening with a cooking show and tastings. Soot harms our health

Soot, named also “carbonaceous particulate”, is a black powder – essentially unburnt carbon,with a lower percentage of other compounds – generated as a by-product of combustion of any organic substance, such as wood, for example. Soot can be found both in private homes with fireplaces and wood fired stoves as well as Pizzerias or restaurants with wood fired ovens or charcoal grills. Soot harms the environment and our health. It is very pollutant and is a very harmful substances to our respiratory

We are very happy to have installed a Maxi Grill 350 and a ventilation system with air integration. We are very happy to be a reference point for important restaurant chains, such as BeFed, Eataly and many others.
