25 years of experience,
Conceived in a moment of brilliance in 1994 Smoki invented and patented the first prototype system for soot abatement in wood burning ovens to solve a problem that no one had ever been able to adequately answer.
Since then, Smoki has continuously improved this design using premier quality materials – making the Smoki System a global leader of its kind. The SMOKI Soot Abatement system, available today in different versions, is still subject to countless imitations that bear witness to its success, but cannot match our high performance and quality standards.
Reference point in Italy and abroad
We are very proud of our products. Most of our sales are made by word of mouth, one happy customer who tells another. We believe that the success of our company is due to our policy of treating each and every customer with the respect and quality of workmanship that we would expect for ourselves.
In October 2013, at the Host Show in Milan, we unveiled our newest product MAXI GRILL, a unit specifically designed for smoke, grease and soot filtering of charcoal and wood grills that can be used with excellent results together with dry filtration and deodorizing systems for cooking grease and odours. Standard flow rates up to 11.000 m3/h, but we are able to build higher flow rates on request. Our soot abatement system include Smoki and Smoki Junior (soot di filtering from wood-fired pizza ovens) and the Smoki Maxi (soot filtering from wood-fired ovens for bread).

Smoki s.r.l. deals with the production and installation of soot removal systems, design, maintenance and installation of stainless steel, copper or painted flues, air handling units and fume filters in general. We manufacture exhaust and air handling systems with no limit in power and size, to be used in the civil field and restaurants, always in compliance with regulations.
All of our products comply with CE standards, and UL (authorization nr. MH60726) for sales in Canada and the United States of America. In order to obtain these certifications, our machines have passed strict performance and quality testing, further evidence of the absolute leadership of our products in the world. Today, SMOKI USA is an established company that is quickly consolidating its bases on American soil.

Smoke Zapper, the American version of the Smoki Junior, our soot abatement system for wood-fired pizza ovens, won the Kitchen Innovations Award 2014 at NRA Show Fair held at the McCormick Place di Chicago.
Our technology was named and awarded as one of the most innovative systems of the year.
