A new Soot Abatement System in Finale Ligure. A Smoki Junior has been placed above the wood fired oven of Pizzeria Planet Pizza in Finale Ligure (SV). Soot Abatement Systems are necessary to limit pollution and help limit the environmental impact of smoke. New Installation in Fano A Smoki Junior has been installed in a Pizzeria that will soon open in Fano. The work was carried out by Tomassoni, one of our dealers from Pesaro. The Smoki Junior is a smoke filtering system for wood fired pizza ovens. The unit is able to remove all soot particles produced by burning wood in wood fired pizza oven flues , thus preventing pollution and the risk of fire. See the pictures of
Our team has recently installed a Smoki equipped with fan at “Pizzeria Pomorilla”, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Cupra Marittima (AP).
