«Eat» + «Italy». Eataly was born in 2007 from the union of these two words : a place of excellence where it is possible to taste genuine Italian food and wine. With our installations in different locations, we are always at the side of this high gastronomic project . Today, we are proud of our last work in the new store of Verona. We have just installed a Maxi 300 soot abatement system serving the wood-fire bread oven, a Smoki 250 for wood-burning pizza
