Return to the base for Smoki
We are back from the NRA in Chicago, to talk about this unique and stimulating experience! The award ceremony, which took place on Saturday 17th May, we were extremely excited to receive the precious “Kitchen Innovations Award”.
A special thank goes to our distributor, Mr. Peter de Jong of Smoki USA New York, who has always believed in us and our products, helping us to make this “American dream” true.

The judges, outstanding personalities in the catering field, made us feel very proud of all these years of work.

A great number of visitors showed interest in our products during the 4 days Show.
Maxi Grill, Soot and Grease Abatement System for wood fired and charcoal grills and the Smoke Zapper, the Soot Abatement System for Wood Fired Pizza Ovens in the USA version, all received a lot of attention, making our booth very busy.
Our products are very successful Overseas, but no good results will ever change the way we operate, which requires us to keep our feet always firmly on the ground. In our view, there is no fortune or magic behind a success, but capacity, goodwill, passion, firmness, honesty. .
The days spent in Chicago made us extremely proud of “BEING ITALIAN”, which despite everything, remains an added value in the world. It seems that the old saying “Italians do it better” is still able to express its truth.
