We have installed a Maxi 400 with motorized discharge valve and control panel with timer for a wood fired bread oven at the Eataly sales point of Turin, Lingotto area. Warm bread freshly baked from a wood-fired oven has no equal! Wood-fired cooking recalls traditions and flavors typical of our Made in Italy that we want to preserve.

A Maxi Grill 400 with fan and outdoor protection panel has been placed on the roof of the shopping center. The machine is at the service of the wood fired rotisserie for cooking the famous chickens.
