Smoki srl was founded in 1994 and immediately distinguished itself on the national and international markets for its competence in offering a complete service in the aspiration field, in the depuration of smoke discharge and installation of smoke flues.

Cutting edge of the firm is the soot abatement system Smoki, a regularly patented device capable of removing soot particles from smoke discharges of wood burning pizza ovens. Later, the machine was improved with the creation of the series Smoki Maxi, capable of processing large amounts of smoke produced by firewood bread ovens and grills or charcoal barbecues.
